Before arrival

In case you want to give to Fido a period of relaxation, please tell us in advance, when you book your room, so we can ensure that you and your pet receive the right room for your holiday. That’s why we kindly ask you to send us a request that your dog will be allowed – only by showing our written confirmation we will be able to welcome it.

Your furry friend’s food

At breakfast, you can ask out restaurant staff for a tray: use it to carry the food you chose from the buffet, then you can have your meal with your pet in the courtyard, “Piazza Erbe”. As an alternative, you can have breakfast in the dining room while your pet waits for you in your room.

Chillin’ by the pool

You’ll find a private area by the outdoor pool, for you and your pet. (Subject to availability).

Resting in your room

If your pet is alone in your room, please let the staff know by hanging the “Do not disturb” sign on the door knob. Your room will be made up between 9:00 and 15:00: please inform the reception staff if your pet is alone in your room in that time frame.

Going out for a walk

Your pet can freely walk on a leash everywhere in the premises. If you don’t have them with you, you’ll find poop bags in the park.

Important notice

We remind you that, in order to maintain our high standard of cleanliness and ensure a fresh and hygienic environment for all our guests, at your departure colud be ask you to pay a €25 fee for a post-stay deep cleaning of the accommodation. This is a small step to ensure that every guest, human or furry, can enjoy their stay to the fullest.
